Welcome to Alemaari Adventures. By booking or participating in any of our treks, camping, backpacking trips, or other outdoor experiences, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These guidelines ensure the safety of participants, protection of nature, and smooth execution of all our adventures.

General Participation Guidelines

Zero Tolerance on Alcohol

Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited during any Alemaari Adventures event, including trekking, camping, mountaineering, or outdoor expeditions.

Uncertainty Acknowledgement

Trekking involves natural unpredictability—weather, wildlife, terrain, and transport delays. All event schedules are tentative and subject to change. If Alemaari Adventures cancels an event, a 100% refund will be issued.

Basic Fitness Required

All participants must have a reasonable level of physical fitness. If you’re not comfortable carrying your own backpack, sleeping bag, or shared gear, please reconsider registering. Our treks are not suitable for those seeking luxury or picnic-style experiences.

Transport

We rely on third-party transportation and cannot guarantee punctuality or vehicle conditions. If you have specific travel preferences, please contact us before registering.

Liability

Alemaari Adventures, its staff, and organizers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event.

Restroom Availability

Facilities like restrooms may not be available at night camps. We strive to plan accordingly, but nature-based treks often involve minimal amenities.

Eco-Responsibility

Leave No Trace. All trekkers must clean up after themselves. Disposing of plastic, foil, or lighting fires using non-degradable materials is strictly forbidden. Respect nature, wildlife, and local communities.

Respect for Locals

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards villagers, tribal communities, and fellow trekkers at all times.

Punctuality Policy

We operate on a strict schedule. Pick-up and drop-off points are fixed. Participants must reach pick-up points on time. Latecomers may be left behind without refund.

Cancellations & Refunds

All refunds are processed as per our Cancellation Policy. Foreign nationals must pay additional forest permit fees where applicable.

Belongings & Equipment

We are not responsible for lost belongings. Any damage to Alemaari Adventures’ equipment or property will be charged to the responsible participant.

No Special Privileges

We do not offer discounts or special considerations, even to friends. However, outstanding leadership or volunteering may be rewarded at our discretion.

Basic Accommodations

Our trips prioritize adventure and authenticity over luxury. Expect basic shelters—tents, dorms, or sometimes sleeping under the stars.

Team-Based Experience

Our treks are group-focused and encourage teamwork. Activities like pitching tents, cooking, and collecting firewood may be part of the experience.

Registration Overflow

We may occasionally receive more registrations than capacity. In such cases, we reserve the right to refund the excess participants or offer alternative dates.

Card Payment Authorizations

Alemaari Adventures is not responsible for declined transactions due to card limits or authorization issues by banks.

Photography & Videography Policy

By participating in any Alemaari Adventures event:

• You consent to being photographed or filmed for documentation and promotional purposes.
• Alemaari Adventures may use these photos/videos on our website, social media, or marketing content.
• If you prefer not to be included, inform the coordinator before the event. While we will honor your request, we cannot control content shared by other participants.

Offers & Promotions

• Discounts apply only on the base booking amount (excludes convenience fee and GST).
• Bookings made with promo codes are not eligible for refunds or future credits.
• Promotions are not valid for offline payments or in conjunction with other offers.
• Misuse of any promo code may result in cancellation or denial of the offer.

Consent and Acceptance

By registering or participating in any event organized by Alemaari Adventures, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
