Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy | Alemaari Adventures

Cancellation by Participants

If you cancel your booking:

  • 7 days or more before the event: 90% refund of the event fee (excluding GST and convenience charges).
  • 3 to 6 days before the event: 50% refund of the event fee (excluding GST and convenience charges).
  • Less than 3 days before the event OR no-show: No refund will be provided.

Note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Event Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend the event, you may request to reschedule your participation to a future date (subject to availability and within the next 60 days). Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be requested at least 3 days in advance. No reschedule requests will be entertained within 72 hours of the event start.

Cancellation by Alemaari Adventures

If we cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, forest permissions, minimum participants not met, etc.), you will be offered:

  • 100% refund, or
  • Option to transfer your booking to another available date/event.

Promo Code & Discount Bookings

Bookings made using promo codes or special offers are not eligible for refund or reschedule. Any amount paid using a discount coupon will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Refund Mode & Timeline

Refunds are processed via the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.). It may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

No Refund in the Following Cases

  • Participant fails to show up at the pickup point or arrives late.
  • Misconduct or non-cooperation leading to removal from the group.
  • Participant found violating Alemaari Adventures’ code of conduct or terms.
