The Kudremukh Trek is a dream destination for every orophile. It takes trekkers through steep hills and valleys, offering a unique landscape. The hills, shaped by severe monsoon winds, are devoid of trees, and are instead covered with grass. The valleys, protected from wind and with deep soil profiles, feature stunted evergreen forests, creating a unique microclimate full of mosses, orchids, and other flora. The trek offers a fresh experience with invigorating air and views of diverse wildlife, including plants, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and butterflies.
About Kudremukh National Park (KNP):
Kudremukh National Park spans parts of three districts: Chikmagalur, Udupi, and Dakshina Kannada, and is home to the highest peak, Kudremukh, at 1892 meters. The park consists of steep hills, valleys, and grasslands interspersed with narrow strips of forest, making it a fantastic trekking experience.

- Important Note:
- Do not carry single-use plastic items (e.g., chocolates, chips, water bottles).
- The Forest Department will conduct a detailed check before starting the trek, and single-use plastic items will result in a fine or denial of permission to trek.
- Unwrap snacks (like chocolates or chips) and place them in reusable containers.

Day 1: Bangalore to Kudremukh
- 07:30 PM: Pick-up from BMC, Indiranagar
- 07:45 PM: Pick-up from Domlur Sky Walk, Opp. Domlur Bus Stop
- 08:00 PM: Pick-up from Sapphire Toys, Richmond Road (Near Sacred Heart Church)
- 08:30 PM: Pick-up from Yesvantpur Metro Station
Day 2: Trek to Kudremukh Peak
- 05:00 AM: Reach Homestay
- 06:00 AM: Freshen up & Breakfast
- 07:30 AM: Reach Trek Start Point & Avail permission
- 08:00 AM: Start trekking to Kudremukh Peak
- 12:00 PM: Reach the peak & have packed lunch on the way
- 01:30 PM: Begin descending
- 06:00 PM: Reach base camp & have Tea/Coffee Snacks
- 06:00 PM: Campfire, Dinner & Overnight Stay
Day 3: Visit Same Tea Estate & Belluru Temple Enroute
- 08:00 AM: Have breakfast, Start from KNP
- 09:00 AM: Visit Soormane Waterfalls or Samse Tea Estate with Belur Temple
- 01:30 PM: Have self-sponsored lunch on the way
- 08:00 PM: Reach back to Bangalore
